2020 Best Places to Work!

CPR was recently recognized as the 3rd Best Place to Work in Arizona in the large company category (250-999 employees) by the Phoenix Business Journal.  What makes this recognition so special is that is based entirely on the results of an independent survey that is given to employees who can answer anonymously and are encouraged to answer truthfully as the results help drive future decisions.  Some of our top scores this year included an over 99% trust in the company’s future, 98% employee engagement rate, 97% say they are proud to work here, and 96% responded with someone at work cares for me as a person.

CPR is now in the West Valley

Our newest outpatient clinic is now open on the campus of the Banner Estrella Medical Center. Our Estrella clinic offers the same high-quality outpatient behavioral health services that we are proud to provide in our Casa Grande, Scottsdale, and Tempe clinics. Our team of professional, compassionate, and highly skilled masters-level counselors and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners are now providing counseling and medication management services to residents of the West Valley. Please give us a call at 480-804-0326 ext. 0 for more information or for scheduling.

A Proud Supporter of the National Health Services Corps

At Crisis Preparation and Recovery (CPR), our focus has always been to serve others by providing behavioral health services to the community.  We are excited to announce our support of the National Health Services Corps, a Federal Government Program that helps bring healthcare to those with limited access to care.  The NHSC has over 9,500 providers serving those with limited access to care.  The NHSC naturally aligns with CPR’s mission to be of service to others and the community, and we look forward to serving alongside this program.

All-Hazards IMT Development & Sustainability

CPR is pleased to announce the addition of Incident Management Team development, sustainability and support to our Disaster and Crisis Management Services Division.  With over 90 years combined hands on experience in Critical Incident Management, ICS and field response, our team of experts will help your organization be better prepared for whatever disaster affects your community.  The experts at CPR have more than just classroom experience.  They have used ICS and incident management principles in the real world during catastrophic events.  They are able to share this experience using a common sense and practical approach, and will customize their programs to fit your needs.

CPR and Mesa Fire and Medical Behavioral Health Response

CPR has joined with Mesa Fire/Medical department in a program to provide a licensed master’s level behavioral health clinician on a MFMD vehicle. The 2 person crew (Captain/Paramedic and a CPR licensed counselor) respond to 9-1-1 psychiatric and substance abuse calls. The goals of this program are to keep engine companies in services for higher level calls, reduce the number of unnecessary emergency department visits, reduce costs in transportation and hospital charges, and (most importantly) to get the individual to the appropriate level of care in an expedient manner.
