We take most major insurance plans including AHCCCS/MMIC, Medicare, United, Aetna, Cigna, and HealthNet/MHN. We also take Workman’s Compensation and we have payment plans available for those who do not have insurance. No one will be denied care for inability to pay.
Our experienced licensed master’s level counselors and licensed psychologists provide individual out patient treatment through a variety of modalities for the following issues:
One of our specialities is working with first responders. We have clinicians that understand the unique stressors and challenges that public safety personnel experience.
CPR offers a team of board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners who specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. They work together with their nursing and medical assistant staff to ensure coordinated and integrated healthcare. This includes coordination of care with medical providers, referrals to metabolic wellness programs and providing extensive patient education regarding disease process and treatment options. They will also work closely with your CPR therapist to ensure that treatment plan goals are accomplished.
CPR's nurse practitioners offer the opportunity for on site pharmacogenetic testing which will be used along with lab-work and diagnostic assessment to determine the most efficient and effective medication options for their patients. Patients will find that their nurse practitioners encourage a combination of medication management, brief psychotherapy and lifestyle adjustments to manage the symptoms of mental illness.
A holistic approach to healthcare is essential, as the mind and body cannot be separated. This means that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health are not mutually exclusive constructs – the health of one impacts the health of the other. Therefore, a whole body treatment plan that integrates care for the needs of these four constructs will positively impact overall health outcomes.
The FDIW program provides an opportunity to improve health through an integrated, whole body approach.
An integrated approach is taught by professionals utilizing Nutrition, Physical Fitness and Counseling Groups to help participants obtain essential education and practical skills in order to manage chronic health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight.
This program is an ongoing 8-week program offered two days a week for a 3-hour period. The program is organized into 3 individual periods (Nutrition, Physical Fitness, ACT Therapy) with built in breaks in between periods. Participants must register for the program in advance and participation in the program is limited.
Please contact CPR today to register.
