About Four Directions Integrative Wellness:
A holistic approach to healthcare is essential, as the mind and body cannot be separated. This means that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health are not mutually exclusive constructs – the health of one impacts the health of the other. Therefore, a whole body treatment plan that integrates care for the needs of these four constructs will positively impact overall health outcomes.
The FDIW program provides an opportunity to improve health through an integrated, whole body approach.
An Integrated Approach
An integrated approach is taught by professionals utilizing Nutrition, Physical Fitness and Counseling Groups to help participants obtain essential education and practical skills in order to manage chronic health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight.
This program is an ongoing 10-week program offered one day a week for a 3-hour period. The program is organized into
3 individual periods (with breaks in between), each period is dedicated toward Nutrition, Physical Fitness and Therapy separately. Participants must register for the program in advance, and participation in the program is limited, so please contact CPR today to register.
